Achieved weight goal, What next?
I reached the weight goal that I want to be at (160 lbs) but my main overall goal is to be 160lbs wit like 7 bf% or so. im like at 160 with 13% so wat should I do, cut to lower my BF% to 7 or so and then gain the weight back in muscle or continue bulking, and gain more weight before cutting?

What is your height? What are your goals? It's hard for us to tell you what to do if we dont know your stats because 175lbs on a 6'2" frame is completely different that 175lbs on a 5'8" frame.
More than likely you don't have much muscle on your frame if your stats are correct at 160lbs and 13%bf. Assuming that is correct, you will look like a complete toothpick at 7% body fat so more than likely you will look better if you bulk up to add lean body mass then cut back down. Again, I'm only assuming since your stats aren't known. |
