core

so should i do russian twists and other rotational abs excercises for low reps lik 3-8 or should i just do it along with my workout. for instance if i am doing all my excercises of 4 reps of 10 should i do that with the twists? also how many reps of each should I do?

and for planks and other stab. excercises what should the rep range be?
and do you know of any other excercises? or a way to find some? i googled them and nothing came up.

Here is an example of what I do:

Rotational-Woodchops-10
Weighted Planks-60 seconds
Cable Crunches-10
*Rest 30 secs and repeat.

P on many occasions has said to me to pick 2 a day and do em, so thats something to consider.

The 3 variations would be:
Stabilization
Strength
Rotational

I call bullshit on the google part, sorry. I just googled "core exercises" and no less than 5 links on the first page contain exercises, some of them with animated instructions. Don't lie about shit.

Results 1 - 10 of about 2,540,000 for core exercises. (0.27 seconds)

Here is the thing. People are so quick to say use the search button. However sometimes someones questions are different and with others joining this board each and every day maybe there would be a new suggestion. Who knows. Its simple if you dont want to read yet another core question then dont open the thread. Easy enough?

You open a thread because you want to know what's in it. 'Core' doesn't mean anything. People expect to find a new question, you said so yourself. This is not a new question.

I'm all for posting a new thread about outdated issues or new perspectives on recent issues, but this is just mad. It's absolutely ludicrous. There have been like 10 threads in less than a damn month all on the same subject. 'How do I build my core and get a sixpack?' It's the same questions asked by the same people that don't listen. Most of this is even explained in the stickies.

Yeah, but you dont have to reply. Just close it and if you think a single guy is posting stupid things then hit ignore. Problem solved.
