I always do relatively high volume. Should'nt really, but i can't help myself in going for one last 'extra' exersice set before leaving. This turns into 2, maybe 3. Except on days involving Bulgarian squats.

I do lots of sets, low reps for heavy compounds, and low sets/high reps for others.

Arent they both relative?
I dont think most people can do high volume and be productive bodybuilders, unless of course your juiced or a genetic freak. I firmly believe for Joe Trainer, than low volume is far superior, as is using high intensity methods.
