two days too much?

well i hit my bi's hard on monday and my tris hard on tuesday. i was wondering if it was alright to hit my bis hard again on thursday and tris on friday. i alredy did it for one week but before i do it again next week i want to make sure its alright.

id say thats to much do more compound exercises what you described sounds like the typical la fitness workout

You're new to weight training. You probably don't even need to do any direct biceps or triceps exercises. You should stick to the large compound exercises.
