leg cutness
iv mention this before ive been doing p/rr/s for 2 years i have showen much improvement is size but my legs arnt as cut like my upper body. im train them hard as, last 4 months i done much beta form i droped my weight and scraficised pride for technique and run 4 ,5 time a week any ideas y they not as defined.

well thats suxs balls whats that mean thou they never be as cut all just gonna take more work and time

Youll just have to get your overall bf% lower to see more "cutness" on the legs. Sucks, but hey. At least youll be even more cut on your upper body when you're done *shrugs*.
