    Lightbulb Fighting Fats......

    I am tryin hard to lose the fats around my tummy. I am that kind of guy that accumulate fats around the tummy. I do not know the exact amount...but i can say that its alot! But recently i have been doing cardio like 3 times a week for 30 mins and also weights at the same time for around 1 month time. Can see some difference.... just wondering if i continue this training say for like 6 mths... will i be able to lost large amount of fats around that area??? I mean will my abs will reveal??? Anyone out there who already achieved this??? Any suggestions or help pls???Thanks...

    No way to say for sure, if you were 350 pounds for example it would take more than a couple months.

    Eating right, combined with working out, and you should get there at some point for sure. Cardio + weights is a great idea.

    Cardio and weights is a great way to get your metabolism burning but you have to make sure that you are eating properly if you want to loose the weight.

    ya cardio and weights, clean up the diet, and u'll loose fat like u're gf/wife spending money

    i think you should do cardio for 45-60 mins a day for the best results.. If you cant or dont want to do it for a full hour you can split it into 30 mins. early in the day and 30 mins later that way in the morning youll be burning fat directly and at night youll be burning the carbs eaten during the day.. i believe this is the best way..

    The best way to lose weight around the abs for men is diet first, then cardio second and finally weight training 3rd.

    i have stop eating those fried food..i dun take sugar...no sodas...
    ocassionally diet coke only. My plan is like one day weight the other day cardio for six days. then rest on sunday. Taking low carb and high protein diet So farhave lost 2 kg and can see that the fats are goin off, but just wondering will i be able to achieve the point where i can see my abs
