new workout for next week, what u think??

monday,
5 mins cardio,
bench press, 2xwarm up, 3x8-10
incline press, 3x8-10
pec deck, 3x8-10
overhead press, 3x8-10
upright rows, 3x8-10
rear lat raises, 3x8-10
tricept extentions, 3x8-10
warm down,

wed,
5 mins cardio warm up,
squats 2xwarm up, 3x8-10
leg press 3x8-10
standing calf raises, 3x8-10
leg curls, 3x8-10
warm down

fri,
5 mins cardio warm up
dead lifts, 2xwarm up, 3x8-10
lat pull downs, 3x8-10
barbell rows, 3x8-10
cable rows, 3x8-10
barbell rows, 3x8-10
preacher curls, 3x8-10
grip work,
warm down

ok thats it what u guys and girls think lol
anyone wanna my workout

you have barbell rows on there twice. is one supposed to be dumbell
