Go right ahead, provided it's a bearable amount of soreness. Don't train legs if you have trouble walking, for example.

Soreness is not yet completely understood. If you are really sore, then no, there would be no point. Strength would be minimal and it could be counterproductive. But if youre 'kinda' sore, yeah, you can workout.
Ive done it before and after you warm up, you dont feel sore anymore. |

I actually find working out helps when I'm sore. If it's really bad I won't lift heavy, I'll do high reps with light weights. I find that using the sore muscles not only feels amazing (masochist? =P) but helps me to feel better afterward, probably from the related stretching while working out.

Soreness i would have to say is mostly attributed to calcium leaking from the ATP into the pain receptors of your muscles... all the reading I've done this makes the most sense. Not going to say it's 100% 'cause no one has been able to say for sure... BUT if this is true that means a certain degree simply takes longer to be expelled doesn't mean you're not healed and can't lift.
If it's been long enough since the last time you worked that group to where you're coming back around to it again you should have done most if not all of the necessary muscle repair so I say go for it. How long ARE you waiting? |

It depends how often this is happening, and how sore you are. Generally I will still do it, but if it becomes a common occurrence then something is wrong. I recently changed my program because my legs were sore like 5 days out of every week.
