6 Pack Help

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hello I am 13 years old and weigh 115 pounds, I am under body fat percentage and have for 1 week and a half have been doing 125 situps and 2 minutes of leglifts Everyday. On weekends i do 75 situps and thats it. I see little lines where my six pack might come in is that a good sign or bad and what should i do if i want my six pack in less then 5 weeks?

get low BF% also add weight to those situps instead of doing so many. and do like hanging leg raises instead of lying. and also do planks and other stab and russian twists and other rotational excercises.

finaly you must work all your muscles to get a six pack(i forgot the reason why) somethiig to do with the skin stretching over the new muscles.

It's a good sign, 5 weeks lol? I don't think so maybe 5 months. But 125 situps that must take you awile? Theres a million ab thread lately do a search.

Your abs are probably getting to use to situps u should shock em with something harder like planks.

How far into puberty are you? At 13, this can have an affect on your ability to put on muscle.

I am just answering a question. I am not claiming to be an expert in anything.

I don't see what sounded smart about it.

I work in the fitness industry. That is a common question. What the hell is so smart about it?

I used to work with this guy who had a huge beer belly and abs. It was the weirdest thing I ever saw. I bet he had implants or something.

I think thats possible. A beer belly is the stomach swelling to have a bigger surface area in order to absorb alcohol and, as you know, visible abs are all about bodyfat %.

Its still probably not the look most of us would go for...
