When I first started out I noticed results after 2 weeks, you make your fastest gains as a beginner

Bench 185 x 5
DL 355 x 3
Squat 225 x 6

Dude, eat clean, eat a caloric excess, and lift like crazy with adequate rest time and you'll see results... period.

You get good gains for a couple weeks then if you are eating bad and not working out so well then the newbie gains stop but if you eat good and keep working out good then your newbie gains go on for longer.

Stats: [ Weight: 192lbs ] [ Height: 5'11 ] [ BF %: 15% ] [ Routine: P/RR/S ] [ Currently: Cutting ]
Current goals: - Lower The bf%

No, you cant loose fat and gain muscle at the same time, when you first start working out it may appear that your doing this however you cant.

who care about bf has nothing to do with being a good fighter. eat and lift, train, sleep. eat, lift, train, sleep eat, lift, train, sleep run if you want too. you are one of those people who thinks to much about the program. just lift till you can't lift no more

i give up answering your useless questions
