Pogo Stick
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I've always dreaded doing cardio when i finish lifting weights i just find it boring, and this morning i thought to myself while i was on the excerise bike, shit i got like 28 minutes left to go on this freakin thing my ipod baterry is dead the tv in my gym was playing the View and i got a bad wedgie, then i thought, how can i make this more fun and enjoyable and thats when i remmebered how much i used to love to pogo stick when i was like in the 7th or 8th grade, i was wondering if anyone knows if pogo sticking for a half hour each day for 6 days a week would be a good enough cardio workout, i know it sounds pretty silly and i doubt jay cutler or arnold have ever done anything like these before but any replys i get will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

i used to love doing it. it does work the cardio. im not sure if it is sufficient. wait for other responses, but if you get none i would assume it is sufficint to do it instead of a day or 2 on the bike.
