when to consume protein
i eat and drink protein balancedly during the day but I get home at 430 and work out for about 45min to an hour. Then i drink a protein/meal replacement drink and then eat dinner with 30 min of this. Should I wait to eat dinner till maybe 7 because the protein drink is probably more beneficial or should i postpone the protein drink. Wouldnt both that close just be non beneficial?

a meal about 1 hr after your PWO shake is good.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Maybe this should be in diet and nutrition boards.
