Indeed, a great read.

If you notice the references at the bottom, they are all authors P-funk has recommended before. The idea makes perfect sense, I have heard of a few schools training like this, with their basketball programs at least.

Oh yeah thats the first thing I looked at. With an article that long I wasnt going to read it from a bunch of people I have never heard of.
