Repeat or Skip?
Today was chest day...Came in and was a lathargic mind wandering oaf. Just kinda stood there talking, wasting time as much as possible. Did 2 warm up sets, and 1 set on bench, then did 2 sets on a machine insanely light, then pissed off I went to get a protein shake and left. Been pissed all night!
So question is, can I go to bed tonight, and do chest tommorow? I literally did 1 real set...Or should I just move on, and wait til next week? I don't want to shrink as I plan on doing a show soon. |

No offense man, but if your doing a show soon why would you be screwing around? That just don't make sense...
