Repeat or Skip?

Today was chest day...Came in and was a lathargic mind wandering oaf. Just kinda stood there talking, wasting time as much as possible. Did 2 warm up sets, and 1 set on bench, then did 2 sets on a machine insanely light, then pissed off I went to get a protein shake and left. Been pissed all night!

So question is, can I go to bed tonight, and do chest tommorow? I literally did 1 real set...Or should I just move on, and wait til next week? I don't want to shrink as I plan on doing a show soon.

No offense man, but if your doing a show soon why would you be screwing around? That just don't make sense...

Didn't exactly do it on purpose. Felt like dog shit.

Isn't it going to be hard for anyone to say anyway without knowing your current routine, etc.?
