    Core Strength exercise

Im looking for a 3rd core strength exercise, not stability exercises.

So far I am using weighted decline situps and cable crunches.

I was thinking I could either use Hanging leg raises as my 3rd exercise or maybe using that thing that lets you sit and twist your torso with resistance ( I don't know how to describe it any other way). But is that Torso twisting thing any good? I dontn have any rotational core exercises so I thought that would be good to throw in.

Or maybe you think I should replace one of the weighted decline situps or cable crunches and use both hanging leg raises and the twisting machine?

    Thanks for your time.

    Seriously. http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/search.php

As a side note, I have a great rotational exercise. Grab a pull up bar, pull up so the elbow joint is at 90 degrees, then hold. Raise the legs to a 90 degree angle (parallel to the floor) and hold and rotate in a slow controlled movement to the left, right, back and forth.

Ive seen them called a typewriter AND windshield wipers. Theyre cool shit, I tried doing them and couldnt keep my legs straight.

Pendelums are what I am trying today...theyre a lil stabilty, rotation, and balance.

Honestly, I sometimes feel like it's a party trick. It's one of those odd exercises that a lot of people can't do and are all "OMFG THAT'S CRAZY!!!". In reality, it was hard at the beginning but now that I've worked those muscles it's just like any other exercise.
