1RM attempt Deadlifts or Back Squats at the only thatll make me shout a bit. And even then its just a short grunt. I cant actually help it 90% of the time.

Sometimes when im happy i got the 1RM i will shout "Fuck aye!" and flip off the barbell, though.

I think its just the release of physical stress, reducing the pressure or something?

I literally cant stop it, by the time i notice im shouting or grunting or whatever during a lift, ive stopped, and the rep is more than likely over.

I grunt a little when I do heavy pullovers...if I don't let that air out my face feels like it's gonna explode...(I am doing 10-12 reps mind you...but it's still a heavy dumbell.

Same here. A grunt or two.

There was a huge guy in my gym, who not only moved more weight than a couple of guys combined, but he had a crushing grip... you didn't want to shake hands with him. And he was a screamer on his heaviest sets. The whole gym actually stopped to look in his direction.

Ain't no way anyone was gonna tell him he was ghey, rude, and retarded.

He is ghey, rude, retarded. His crushing grip strength doesn't diminish when he stops screaming, but is probably the inverse. Screamers do it for attention more than anything else. It is a habit, plain and simple. If you learn to train using mental focus, and breathing techniques, you will lift more than screaming and wasting energy.
