    recovery time????

How do I know how long my recovery time is? Am I overtraining a body part? I workout about 5 days a week. does DOMS have anything to do with overtraining. Thanks.

I know you all will say well "what is your workout program". Is there a way from your body , that you will know if you are overtraining.

If you lose you may be overtraining. In otherwords, if you lose weight, lose strength, lose size, lose fight with a cold, lose sleep, lose appetite, lose energy, lose focus, etc. you may be overtraining. Assumption being your diet is in good shape.
If you always have a great day, you will always have a great life.
