6 month progress. Critique

6 month progress 5'10" 160-182 lbs. Any comments?

I've gained obvious amounts of fat, especially around the midsection as you can tell, but I think I've done an OK job so far.

I think my forearms and lats are lacking the most imho.

Supps are just a multivitamin and whey.

Looks like you did pretty well. You ought to do the same pose in both though.

Cut or bulk? I would like to keep on going through the summer bulking but I also want to look good for the beach.

I'm considering taking creatine during my cut. I've heard that people gain 5-10 pounds in the initial month or two due to water retention. Maybe I can get to a quick 185-190 lbs then cut to 180lbs. I would really hate to be at 170lbs again. That just sounds so tiny after a cut.

cutting and bulking are a waste of time IMO, i found the best approach is to constantly try to gain lean body mass and stay lean as possible.
But if u have a certain reason why u wana get extra ripped, or cutting weight for a sports event like myself, than u definitely wana change ur routine for extra weight cutting.
and forearms, imo are mostly genetic related.
i am asian and like most asian guys who work out at my school, we have small forearms but big upperarms, compared to the caucasian people at my school which their forearms are massive.
