I've almost threw the 3rd "Cycle" of P/RR/S workout... so i've basically been on it about 2 1/2 months and never before have i GROWN so much in a short ammount of time, my arms have noticeably got larger and i've got ALOT of complements from guys at the gym saying i've gotten bigger.. I am also a HARD GAINER so this is saying alot... i've gained a few pounds lean, only about 4 but its still better than nothing and i would suggest this to ANYONE... anybody else have similar results?

I've noticed some little gains, even though every time I've gotten a few weeks into the cycle, something comes around and fucks it up (ie exams, moving after school is over, needing some extra money to get a membership for the summer..) but the little bit I have done, I have noticed some little gains in my arms and chest especially, and some considerable gains in strength. definitely can't wait til I have time to just concentrate on work and the gym. this is definitely an awesome program for sure!

I'm doing a modified version of the routine (push pull full body split using the same rep range concepts though) and finally saw my arms grow.

To give your body (muscles and joints) a time to recover and recuperate. Each person is different, you may not need a week off for 6 months due to your genetics and your program intensity. Others may need a week off every few months.

I've done this program in the past and saw more strength gains than size. I also had a hard bouncing from station to station without having to wait for other people.
