I've noticed some little gains, even though every time I've gotten a few weeks into the cycle, something comes around and fucks it up (ie exams, moving after school is over, needing some extra money to get a membership for the summer..) but the little bit I have done, I have noticed some little gains in my arms and chest especially, and some considerable gains in strength. definitely can't wait til I have time to just concentrate on work and the gym. this is definitely an awesome program for sure!![]()
