    Is it water retention?

    Hello,

I am noticing that when I jog for a few miles and/or lift weights or do something really physical that my "man boobs" on my pecks are not there and my chest looks well toned. After a couple hours or so it seems I start retaining water in that area among other areas and I get lose and jiggly. Is this normal? What should I do to not retain water if that's what it is? Otherwise what do you think it could be, and how do I prevent it?

    Thanks ;o)

same thing happens to me...........May be that you have a good amount of mass there or good amount of fat. You have 2 options my friend either you live with it or you ask your gf to help you pick a bra that will fit

If its fat, dieting down will help a lot with it. I had this problem until I a) leaned out and b) stopped really caring.

If its real deal gynecomastia (actual breast tissue development on the male) then you can try nolvadex type therapy (speak to your physician) or surgery to remove it. My guess is you have the former, so just stick to your diet, lifting and cardio and it won't be a problem much longer.
