Elbo Armpit Pain
Best way to describe where the pain im having is comng from is the elbo's arm pit. I did curls 2 days ago and christ it killing me every time i do a curl motion and release with no weight in my hand. Its not the bi or forearm- its inbetween. Whats hurt?

decrease the weight. I used to get the same thing doing preacher curls.

You've got a lot of small tears in the tendons that connect the muscles together at the joint. Right now it's filling with calcium and other materials to heal it which makes it very sensitive and stuff thus hurting to move it.
It's DOMS like any other my friend. If it happens every time you go for several times in a row then you're overdoing it and you need to tone it down. |

I'll agree with the tendons. I bought l-proline and l-lysine today cause my research led me to that to heal and i swear its working already.
