    program

    Hi everyone.
    i just want to say that for long time i never use a routine program.


    But now after 4weeks , i have seen the miracle of the routine program.
    i believe it`s amazing.

    i took this progtam from Muscle and fitness magazine


    the program it`s 6weeks.
    the monday i will be on the 5th

    Im not a fan of those programs.

    they usualy revolve around schemes such as the '6 pack diet' or the 'pecs diet'.
    I love it when a plan comes together.
