My "no-carb" day is coming up tomorrow, and I haven't had a rest from cardio in a long time. Since I'm not going to have the energy I usually have, is it good to rest on a no-carb day?
It's not who you are underneath, it's what you do that defines you.
I would definitly say yes. If you have been going non-stop sometimes the best thing for you is a rest day.

Good or bad its one day in the tens of thousands of days of your life. If you feel like taking a break do it.
