    Ready To Get Bulk

hey whats up everyone. im glad to be on this website. after years, now im finally dedicated to put all the hardwork into gettin big. I have a few questions if yall can answer, would be great and I can be on my way to traning

I was reading Vince DelMonte's webpage for his book, yall recommend this book? I am skinny and wanna get bulk

Also, I live kinda far away from the gym, so I wanna get my own home setup but nothing too expensive. Will a weight bench and dumbells pretty much get me into bulky shape?

I was looking at these two equipments:

    Weider Fitness

Body Solid Power Center Olympic Combo Bench

Something like those...if not, please let me know some of the equipment u guys would recommend if ur not sure this is the best way to go about it..

    Thanks very much

For OPTIMAL GAINS, you should absolutely join a GYM.

If you want to get some equipment, look at Craigs list. You can usually find some oly wts, a bench, and a rack for under $200. If you are lucky, maybe get a power rack in the deal and some various dumbells. Look around you will be supprised at what folks are selling and willing to part with for a few bucks.
If you always have a great day, you will always have a great life.

"The gym offers force and pain and relief. It provides challenge and struggle and satisfaction." Dave Draper
