My summertime lifting program
Okay, my time is limited in the summer, and right now my only goal is to stay as lean as possible during the summer. Not lose weight, but just stay lean.
So I'm thinking a full body routine, three times a week, training for strength (keep reps low...1-5). Sound good? |

Sounds ok, I'd say you could venture a little higher in reps if you wanted. Let's see what you go so far.

You will burn yourself out lifting 3 times per week at that intensity. You need to periodize, even if it is concurrent or undulating periodization. Check out the stickies, put something together, then post it up. I'd like to see what you come up with.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
