I need help with a work out program ive been working out for about 3mnths without a program cause either i cant find a good one or i just dont understand the exercises (the names ) that is so any help is great and please keep it simple to understand id like something like 3times a week and on the off days do cardio cause i have some fat i need to lose still ive lost like 12 lbs then kinda quit losing fat so i really need help thanks.....![]()
