Hmm its not the best looking workout ive ever seen. If you do insist on doing a muscle group split, Id change it to something like this:

Mon: Chest/shoulders/triceps

Bench
Incline Bench
Military Press
Dips
Skull Crushers

Wed: Legs

Back Squats
Hack Squats
Lunges
Leg Extensions

Fri: Back/biceps/traps

Deadlifts
Upright Rows
Db Rows
Shrugs
Pull ups
Curls

Maybe something like this? Its quite simple mind you. you could replace a few excersizes there with other alternatives. Might be worth while reading the stickies aswell.

Good luck!

mondays workout has far to much volume you are gonna destroy your tri's, not in a good way neither.....as for the rest of the week the volume isn't to bad apart from Friday, it's a bit much, and your exersices seem a bit random...

If you continue to use this program you are gonna 'overtrain' and probably injure yourself, which is shite I think you'll agree......

Read the stickies at the top of the training forum, especialy CowPimps designing a routine.......Then repost your new routine here for tweaks....

Hope this helps ameego........

Read the stickies. They are the threads that are permanently stuck at the top of the page in the training section. Then come back and repost your program from there.
