weighted crunches

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

i'm currently doing weighted crunches as part of my full body. The only prob is i have to get a load of dumbell weights (12kg) and stick them in a shaving bag and hold it behind my head.

Basicly, what im asking is, anyone know of anything out there that'll do the job but wont be so awkward and time wasting in my routine (from fillin the bag etc etc)

any help would be shaggin fantastic, cheers folks

Just hold a loaded barbell up in the air and do crunches.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I find kneeling cable crunches are good, I don't know if that is the type of exercise you are looking for...you could also hold a plate over your chest maybe

Thats what Ive done. In fact, the rope cable crunches have almost always been a staple in my program.

With all the heavy deads and squats, I dont need to do other heavy ab work. The other ab work I do is core work and minimal at that.

6' 209lbs (8/16)
Bench 360 (11/29)
Weighted Pullups 80lbs 3x3 (3/19)
Squat 370
Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)
