Cant use my legs :(

I hurt my knee this weekend and it has swollen up. I'm assuming that means i should stay off it. So now i need to modify my routine. I would workout 3 days per week alternating between workout a and b.

this is my old routine
Workout A
3x5 ATG Squat
3x5 Flat Bench Press
3x5 Conventional Deadlift
2x8 Dips

Workout B
3x5 ATG Squat
3x5 Barbell military press
3x5 Powercleans
2x8 Chin-ups

I'm not looking for a routine critique but i figure i need to replace the squats on each day. I don't know if ill have to replace the deadlift/power cleans or not (ill find out tomorrow).

So lets say i need 2 more exercises that dont use my legs, which i can sort of do with this low rep high intensity routine.
I was thinking a pec exercise and a shoulders exercise or a
a pec exercise and a back exercise.

Any suggestions?
Do i get enough pec workout with the Barbell military press, dips and bench already?
If i do then i guess i should have a back and shoulder exercise.

Thanks for your help

You could probably handle a higher volume of upper body work while your lower body is healing, at least to some extent.

Also, you don't have a single row in your program! Of all upper body exercises, I think rowing is probably the most important exercise for your average person.
