Do some basic strength work and factor in some high intensity conditioning. Improving flexability is always a plus for any sport as well.

how would i go a bout doing this? and sorry if it sounds stupid but what sort of high intensity condtioning? what would be involved?
your question doesn't sound stupid.
THe only advice I can offer is that at your age and for what you are looking for (specific sports performance)....try and find a strength coach in your area to work with. Someone to assess where you are at and someone that can write a full program to help you develop over an extended period of time.
