Shitty workout.

It lacks a great deal. They don't even have one form of a hip extension movement. There is so little variety to it. They say on the site they expect you to do it for 6 months, it is quite awful. Whoever wrote that should be tied to a chair and forced to watch Buns of Steel for a week straight.

For fuck's sake, there is more isolation work than multi-joint movements.

If I was writing a guide on how to make the worst routine possible, I would use that as an example.

lol fufu yer I thought threre was too many sets for 4 days a week and yer too many iso's. Shame when sites that appear to be offering advice print routines like that

It's easy to see how people lose the will to lift when sites put shit like that out there as 'advice'.......
