question for you push/pull/leg people?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Ive been doing this program for a while and have gotten nice results but, I was wondering if I should do squats on my push days and deads on my pull day, or should I only do these on my designated leg day? I feel out of all muscles my legs are coming along the slowest. I wanna start stepping up with the legs!

I do squats on leg day and D'lifts on pull day, on leg day I do push and pull movements to keep a balance.

If you wanna step up with the legs, change the program up a bit and do:
Day 1 - Upper Push Day 2 - Lower Pull Day 3 - Upper Pull Day 4 - Lower Push With whatever frequency you like. Deadlifts and Squats definitely go on leg day. Ive done some Deadlifts on back day before, and i find they work much better on leg day. |

I think Gaz's example is a good one. Full body workouts a few times a week is also great, though you will be training through soreness, at least initially.

If your legs are lagging behind, maybe it's because your routine for that Leg Workout wasn't up to par with where it should be. Post it.
