training for the coast guard
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hey there everyone,
Its been a while since I've been on here.I'm about to sign up for the coast guard and am getting a really early start. I've been studying the Cg and have already read the Helmsman once and plan on studying that almost to the point of memorization. I can do nearly twice the required amount of push ups and sit ups per minute required for graduation, and can easily do the running and swimming parts required . What I'm trying to ask, is if anyone who has been through the coast guard bootcamp or knows where to find this information could tell me what their training regimen is? I have a copy of the Navy seals training routine from the forrums here. If I cant fidn a coast guard training regimen I'll train using the Navy Seals one. I used to train with that program but the cardio got past usefullness for someone who isnt required to run at all in everyday life. I was also thinking training by the Navy Seals program for cg boot camp might be obsessive over acheivement...Can anyone tell me how they think the programs would compare? With so many bad ass mofo's on this forrum I thought it'd be a good place to look for ppl with military knowledge. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks you guys....Later Last edited by Titansgymflunky : 06-12-2007 at 09:28 PM. Reason: typos and uneaded information |
