BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I havent been here for a while, but still workin out hard in the gym for about 6 months now, i feel great and have made good improvements, but lately when its time to go to the gym I just feel like...well, just dread going on some days. I think its a sign of over training? whats ur guy's input. i still go cause thinking about not going for like week makes me feel like ill lose the mass i gained and worked hard for.

take a week off and see how you feel you'll grow not shrink if you are overtraining.
