Today I finally signed up to a gym today. Before I used to just work out at home mainly doing benchpress, military press, shoulder press, deadlifts and bicep work. But now that I have tons of new equiptment at the gym I am clueless as to what to use. Could someone please help? I'm trying to work everything.
Could someone try to give me a basic routine?

I did read them and I was thinking about doing chest, triceps, biceps and maybe shoulders on day 1. Then legs and back on day 2. BUT why I started this thread was because I don't know the workouts that would be best for me. I don't know if I should do benchpress or incline benchpress etc. Thats why I need your guys's help.

Then do what i said, write out a detailed program using the information the training stickies such as these:
Designing training routines by Cowpimp
Then we'll critque the whole program at once rather than bit by bit. It saves time, and gives you an oppertunity to learn how to setup a program on your own.
A lot of questions you'll more than likely ask regarding split etc, are answered in the stickies as you go through them when designing a program.
Without a program for us to look at, any questions about "what exercise should i do?" mean nothing, because theyre not in any overall context.
