Wokout Regiment

What does yours look like? Mine is like this:

7 days a week LISS cardio for 45 minutes in the AM fasted.
Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed Weights in the PM

I am thinking of changing up my routine a bit and doing a Waterbury program, the Total Body one. He doesn't mention cardio, but I assume if I did that program, it would be something like this:

MWF HIIT
T,TH,S Weights

How many people lift weights in the PM,and do you think there is much difference? I had been because of my post workout meal that I eat in the evening, but perhaps I could rearrange things so I could have a PW meal in the AM if I lifted in the AM.

I have had quite good success, going from about 20% BF or so down to 12%. I am trying to get down to th 8-10% range, and am thinking that after doing the same thing for 16 weeks, a change may be in place. What do you all think?

I think you do a whole lotta cardio not matter what your goals are. As far as your wt training, based on the program you posted (ie nothing, no details, not exercises, not reps, nada) it looks fine to me.
