Wokout Regiment
What does yours look like? Mine is like this:
7 days a week LISS cardio for 45 minutes in the AM fasted. Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed Weights in the PM I am thinking of changing up my routine a bit and doing a Waterbury program, the Total Body one. He doesn't mention cardio, but I assume if I did that program, it would be something like this: MWF HIIT T,TH,S Weights How many people lift weights in the PM,and do you think there is much difference? I had been because of my post workout meal that I eat in the evening, but perhaps I could rearrange things so I could have a PW meal in the AM if I lifted in the AM. I have had quite good success, going from about 20% BF or so down to 12%. I am trying to get down to th 8-10% range, and am thinking that after doing the same thing for 16 weeks, a change may be in place. What do you all think? |
