I'm 5'10 155lbs, which would be better to build size and strength?
BLUF - Both will build size and strength. Try thgem both and see which one works best for you. I do prefer P/RR/S because it can be tweeked every couple of months to adjust as your goals may change. However, you may respond better to a 5X5 program. So give each a go for a few months and see what works for you.
