Squat
I am looking for a workout that makes my butt and thighs burn!! Not just while I am doing the exercise but the day after I want pain in those areas......please help!!!
Everyone who craps on you is not necessarily your enemy; everyone who gets you out of crap is not necessarily your friend; and if you're warm and happy in a pile of crap, you might just want to keep your mouth shut.


You want burn... get a mountain bike. Utah is a great place for it, you're lucky. If you have the time, it's the most rewarding workout I've ever done by far. It is very very enjoyable. That is... if you like nature and like to get away. It's the best workout to get a burn that is worth the effort that doesn't even seem like effort even when it is!

Whenever i want a burn in my glutes i just light a fire on my office chair.
Trainingwise though, Squats, especially uni lateral variations such as Bulgarian Squats, are some of the most brutal movements you could ever do.
