Unhappy What happened to my shoulder?

I lifted chest today and about 2 hours after I lifted I took my shirt off and was stunned to see this on my upper right shoulder. What happened!?

I think you caught herpes from the bench, were you wearing a tank top? JK, looks to me that the bench made an impression on you, no worries.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

It is common... i get that when I squat. If you lift more often it usually stops happening

I get it all the time when i go into heavier rep ranges.

I got it on the front when i started doing Supine Rows.

Tis nothing to worry about.

I have those on my shoulders as well. I usually get them when I do HIT.

I still get those from squating but I never had them will bencning.
Maybe your bench doesn't have enough padding, if it doesn't try placing a towel underneath.
