if you sweat all day in a hot van

I was wondering, if I drive a van all day, in 90 degree weather, and I sweat all day long, and have a good diet, im I losing weight? am I burning fat if I keep sweating?

You might be losing a lot of water weight, but I don't know about body fat.

you will lose lots of water and probably suffer some pretty serious side effects and wind up on the 5 o'clock news.

Your body will be warmer, so technically metabolic processes would occur at a greater rate, but it is really negligible in the long run.
