Covered in the FAQ. It's good. It works. Just stick to it.

You might wanna throw in some prehab exercises in. I like to include 2 sets of calf raises and 2 sets of externally rotating face pulls for example.

The basic principals behind this program are good. I would recommend getting your training volume up and do some prehab work like Witch said before starting this though.

Prehab is doing assistance work that strengthens weak points in the main exercises you will be performing. This will help prevent injury when lifting with heavy weight.

Danny, join wrestling in school it's good for MMA. You can probably use the weight room after school to lift as well!!

i did join my wrestling team . and i get free gym acces at my boxing gym. thanks for not trolling me anymore tho.
