I'm back! (Help)
Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing great, I've been out for a while (about three months) and now that I'm back I need a lot of help.
I stopped working out in February, because I had too much with school and my internship. I wasn't doing any lifting nor cardio, I was just eating whatever I could get, so I went from 190 lbs (not lean lean) to around 183 lbs and my belly gor bigger while my chest, shoulders, back, arms got smaller. ![]() I started playing softball for a few weeks until I injured my knee and was diagnosed with a meniscus tear, therefore I can't run ( I'm not suppose to) or do squats or any leg exercise with heavy weights. So here I go, since I can't go heavy and I kind of gave up with my idea of getting BIG, I just wanna burn some fat, reduce my belly (which is horrible, because I never had a big belly ) and just get some definition.I'm still standing at 6'2", 185 lbs as of today, 25 years old and with plenty of time to exercise (due to the fact that I'm not taking summer classes). So could anybody please help me to create a routine (since I never worked out for definition, nor to lose weight before) to accomplish my goal and strenghten my legs, without worsening my knee injury? I have no rush and like I said I am free until 4pm Mon to Fri, so I can do anything. Oh by the way, Saturdays I swim, so I just workout a little bit. Thanks in advance for your help and feel free to PM me if you have any advice. Flakko (with a gut) My got my nick Flakko from the word flaco, which means skinny in Spanish |
