20 minutes of cardio
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com If I am eating a surplus of calories to gain muscle will doing 20 minutes of cardio 2 or 3 times a week really help keep the fat off? I have read that it does but if I am eating so many calories how can 20 minutes really have any effect?

You need a surplus to gain muscle. Cardio will help keep some of the fat off so that most of your weight gains will be from muscle.

It will help, but you best bet for staying lean is modest increases in calories.
