A vein in my right arm...
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I was lifting today (pull exercises) and after one of my sets, I felt this strange soreness on the inside of my elbow. I looked down and saw a vein on the inside of my elbow sticking out a lot, and the area around it appeared very dark...like a deep blue/purple bruise. It came out of nowhere...it's not like I dropped a weight or something on my arm, it wasn't a bruise, it was something that happened while I was lifting. I ran my fingers over it and felt that it was sticking out quite a bit...like it was really swollen. I stopped lifting after that set just in case it was something to be concerned about...now (about six hours later) the bump has gone down a little bit and it's not quite as bruised looking as it was, but it's definetely noticeable and sore. Any idea what happened???

ice.
sounds like you have some swelling going on. (maybe you tore something....maybe a biceps tendon). ice, rest, rinse, repeat. |
