Hey guys this is kinda embarrassing but some times when i squat a lot of weight, a little bit of juice comes out of my ass. Only when I'm maxing out or sometimes if I fart while I'm lifting... Not all the time but it smells bad and people look at me funny in the gym.
Does this happen to anybody? What do you do to fix it?
I was thinking of putting a napkin in my buttcrack but I'm afraid that if if falls out of my shorts it will be really embarrassing....
