My sisters boyfriend says that my midsection needs alot of work. What do you think?

You midsection is small....you are very lean.

I would work on putting on some muscle personally. But, if that is not your goal, then fuck it.

Actually my goal is to get all around bigger and not be so lean. Do you mean to eat more calories?

I dunno what that guy is talking about with regard to your midsection. You are very lean. I agree that you should just focus on putting on muscle mass. Eat lots of food and check out the stickies so you can put together a solid training program.
