Massage causing joint stiffness?

I went for a WAY overdue massage this weekend...

which felt awesome afterward and the next day...

Although I was very stiff because the therapist was really strong and worked me over good.

Today my knees and elbows are super stiff, like I cant bend them enough,
thought most of the massage work was done on my traps/back.

Is it possible I did not hydrate enough after the massage?
this is a poopy feeling.

Feels like I am either carrying fluid in my joints, or like they are packed with cotton gauze, like what a dentist does to your tooth.

could be that you did not hydrate enough.

could be that the therapist sucked ass and woke up trigger points.

could be that you just have some bruising because the therapist went to deep.

I'm beginning to think its actually from my Hike Saturday morning which was pretty brutal, even though I handled it well...

Doesn't explain the elbows though
And why wouldn't my trap/back be all plugged up too?

I dont want to go out and kill myself again if I need rest.

I am going to hydrate today and see how I feel
