Before anybody flames me, let me state that I do not believe he is telling the whole truth, but I do like many of the principles he set forth in his program.

I guess I would like to take from it the good, and ignore the bad.

None of this is new. Every "idea" was created/written by many people in prior, most notably Arthur Jones during his "Colorado Experiment."

I don't necessarily not believe him, but similar to Casey Viator, this guy probably had been a muscular person in the past. That, coupled with good genetics can produce good results regardless of the training program.

Even with steroids a human being cannot synthesize that much protein in that allotted time. Somewhat is amiss here.
