AB Blasting?
Is there any validity to those AB clinics that are run at a lot of gyms? You know like, AB BLAST!, LASER AB ATTACK, AND abXplosion
while we are on it... is there any point to doing abs everyday, dont they need to recover like every other muscle? |

According to Mike Boyle the best exercise for your abs is the plate pushaway. Give it a try.
Here's how you do it. Next time you are eating stop before you finish every last bite on the plate, push away the plate, and stop eating. |
