hows the routine?

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Day1- Weighted Close Arm Pushups
Seated DB Shoulder Presses
Day2- Rest
Day3- Dumbell Rows
BB Curls
DB Straight Arm Pullovers
DB Lateral Raises
Day4- Rest
Day5- Knee Jumps
Full Contact Twists
Clap Pushups
Day6- Rest
Day7- Rest

Note: I have some kind of growth on my knee making it a little hard and painful to do intense lower body exercises like squats. I used to do deadlifts which was okay for me but setting up everything was a bigger workout so I stopped. Also my right arm is stronger than my left making it very annoying and hard to do a good routine.

Also when having an intense workout blood pumps faster through your body and (from what Ive read) overworking can easily stop that pump. Won't going through a routine where the same muscle is worked in multiple exercises in a day (like all routines are) cause that?

I know its pretty horrible due to the problems I have which hopefully I will fix on my own. How should my routine look right now using all those exercises and more?
